We believe that educated pet owners make the best pet parents! Our goal is to treat all of our patients to the best of our abilities as we are a full-service hospital with 4 exam rooms and 2 surgical areas. Our experienced staff gets along very well and we love our drama-free, relaxed atmosphere! Dr. Amor is excited about the potential of mentoring a new/recent graduate or welcoming an experienced doctor to the team. We are equipped with digital radiography, ultrasound, and a full in-house laboratory. We enjoy a diverse medical and surgical caseload that will allow you to pursue interesting work-ups and grow your particular clinical interests. We do refer to orthopedic surgeries and after-hours emergencies. There is no expectation of on-call duty. Our team loves our schedule that allows everyone to enjoy a work-life balance as we have limited evening and weekend hours.
Client Services Representative
Client Services Representative
The purpose of the Client Services Representative (CSR) is to act as the liaison between our clients and our medical staff. The primary responsibilities of the CSR are to maintain a smooth, well-planned, and orderly flow of clients and patients. A Client Services Representative must be proficient at multi-tasking, maintain a professional demeanor, and be welcoming. Tasks include record-keeping and clerical duties as well as providing support to the health care team. Service functions include but are not limited to reception (visitor and telephone), maintenance of veterinary medical records, account maintenance, cash processing, data entry, word processing, and mail service. This position requires a practical knowledge of hospital organization and services, the basic rules and regulations governing visitors and animal patient treatment, data transcription, word processing, and practical knowledge of the standard procedures, veterinary records, and terminology used in the hospital. Veterinary Technician/Assistant
Veterinary Technician/Assistant
The Veterinary Technician assists the doctors to the fullest possible extent, to help improve the quality of care given to the patients, and to aid the doctors in achieving greater efficiency by relieving them of technical work. The Veterinary Technician assists in multiple procedures providing care for animals including physical examinations, dental procedures, surgeries, immunizations, euthanasia as well as client education, marketing, and inventory maintenance. This position requires a working knowledge of pharmaceutical drugs, common diseases; their symptoms means of transmission, treatment and prevention, and other basic preventative health care recommendations.
